Quick tips for a professional result at home

  • Milk Temperature: Aim for 60–65 °C to maintain creaminess and achieve a fine foam (if using a steam wand or frother).

  • Syrup Ratio: Base of 20–25 ml for a drink of 250–300 ml. Adjust by ±5 ml according to your taste and desired intensity.

  • Lactose-Free Version: Barista-style plant milks (oat, almond) are the best for achieving a lovely foam for your lattes.

  • The Secret of Mango: If you need a refreshing break in winter (after a heavy meal), use our Mango syrup in a glass of sparkling water!

Express FAQ

  • Can I mix two syrups? Yes, absolutely! Keep it to 25–30 ml in total. E.g.: 15 ml Vanilla + 10 ml Hazelnut.

  • And without coffee? Hot chocolate, strong black tea, or simply flavoured hot milk. Cookie syrup is perfect for that.

  • Does it work cold in winter? Yes! Aniced latte or a cream soda after a hearty meal works very well to avoid the "too heavy drink" effect.
