  • Pistachio Vegetable Spritz: 25 ml pistachio syrup, 180 ml sparkling water (or lemonade), 30 ml Barista oat milk. Garnish with pistachio pieces.

  • Pistachio Minute Dessert: 125 g vanilla cream, 10 ml syrup, pistachio pieces. (Served in a glass, ideal for waiting).

  • Post-Meal Iced Latte: 3 ice cubes, 25 ml syrup, 60 ml cold coffee, 180 ml milk. (Perfect for serving after a hearty meal).

  • Crème Brûlée Soda: 20 mlCrème Brûlée syrup, 100 ml of Ginger Ale, 50 ml of crème fraîche (or condensed milk). Serve with a straw.

  • Cold Hazelnut Cappuccino: 20 ml Hazelnut syrup, 60 ml of espresso, 180 ml of milk (cold frothed) over ice. Sprinkle with cocoa.
  • Sparkling Syrup: 25 ml Hazelnut syrup + 200 ml of sparkling water. Add a slice of lemon. (The simplest and most effective).
  • Special Whipped Cream: 200 ml of whipped cream, 15 ml Hazelnut syrup (ideal for decorating all desserts and drinks).
